On submission of your registration, your information and credit card details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the Congress Secretariat.

All fees are shown in Australian Dollars, and are inclusive of GST.

When registering for the Congress relevant details (name/organisation/position/address/email) will be incorporated into a delegate list and provided to all sponsors periodically leading up to the event. Contact details may also be made available (if necessary) to parties related to the Congress including speakers, delegates, venues, accommodation providers, and key suppliers.

Three day or one day registration options are available below. One-day options are only available at the full registration rate.
Earlybird registration pricing is available until 18 December 2026.

Additional fees will apply for accommodation, and to attend the congress dinner.

*The Welcome Reception is included only for those that purchase a registration for the Friday.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions
A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. 30 days prior to arrival full pre-payment of booking is taken from individual guest credit cards. Please check the terms and conditions before booking. You will be responsible for the balance of your account when checking out from the selected property if not charged previously. Accommodation rates listed will be provided to delegates who book through the Convention Secretariat and will not be honoured if booking directly with the hotel.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of accommodation must be submitted in writing to the Convention Secretariat before Friday 15 January, 2027. Any cancellation received after Friday 15 January, 2027 will incur up to 100% cancellation penalty. Delegates who confirm accommodation but do not advise of cancellation before the accommodation deadline of Friday 15 January, 2027 will incur charges for the ‘no- show’ rate as penalised by the hotel. This charge is calculated as the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured. Please ensure the accommodation dates are correct on the confirmation email.
