When registering for the Convention, relevant details (name/organisation/position/address/email) will be provided in a delegate list to all sponsors and exhibitors periodically leading up to the event and can be made available through the App.

Note: Access to the Exhibition Halls is only for those individuals registered as a Delegate, Emerging Leader, Sponsor, and Exhibitor or holding a valid social event ticket. Security will not allow access to the exhibition if you are not displaying a Convention name tag.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by Friday 16 August 2024, will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after Friday 16 August 2024 will receive no refund. A replacement delegate can be sent with no penalty charged but must be advised to the Convention Secretariat in writing.

COBA 2024 Registration Agreement

To register as a COBA Member you must be currently employed at a confirmed COBA member organisation.

COBA 2024 Registration Agreement

To register as an Emerging Leader, you are required to attend the full Emerging Leaders program on Sunday 22 September.
You must be an employee of a COBA member organisation, and you must be 35 years of age or under as at 31 December 2024.

COBA 2024 Registration Agreement

To register as an International Sector Delegate, you must be employed by a credit union, building society or other cooperative/customer owned banking institution based outside Australia.

COBA 2024 Registration Agreement

By registering in the category of “Other Delegate” you agree that you are attending COBA 2024 as a delegate only and you will not promote your business in any way onsite at the Convention. Any delegates found to be promoting their business, who are not from a sponsor or exhibitor company will be asked to leave the premises.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions
A requirement of the hotels is that all bookings include credit card details as security for your booking. These credit card details will be held securely by your selected hotel/apartment as a guarantee however may also be used by some properties who are charging for your stay at 30 days out from the event. Please check the terms and conditions of your preferred hotel carefully before booking. You will be responsible for the balance of your account when checking out from the selected property if not charged previously. Accommodation rates listed will be provided to delegates who book through the Convention Secretariat and will not be honoured if booking directly with the hotel.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of accommodation must be submitted in writing to the Convention Secretariat before Friday 2 August, 2024. Any cancellation received after Friday 2 August, 2024 will incur up to 100% cancellation penalty, depending on the property. Delegates who confirm accommodation but do not advise of cancellation before the accommodation deadline of Friday 2 August, 2024 will incur charges for the ‘no- show’ rate as penalised by the hotel. This charge is calculated as the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured. Please ensure the accommodation dates are correct on the confirmation email.

By registering for the Convention or purchasing additional tickets for social events you are providing authority for COBA to use these images in future publications and communications. • I understand it is my responsibility to comply with any COVID-19 guidelines and/or health directives as established by the organisers, the venue, health authorities in SA and in your origin state/country. • I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or contract COVID-19 as a result of attending this event. I hereby release the organisers of any liability for any personal injury or costs resulting from COVID-19 exposure at this event.
