As you have registered for the full conference, you are entitled to a complimentary ticket to the Welcome reception and Conference Dinner.  Please indicate below if you will be attending.  The conference secretariat will discuss moving to a larger venue for the Welcome Reception as it is currently full.  Please advise the secretariat at conference@hithsociety.org.au if you would like to attend.

Multiple workshops are on offer on Friday 20 November.

If you plan to attend multiple workshops, please carefully note the timings and they may overlap. 

The Ultrasound workshop requires attendance at both the information session from 8.30am – 9.30am and a practical session. Please choose your preferred practical and the conference secretariat will automatically register you for the information session.

The conference secretariat has secured accommodation rooms at discounted rates for conference attendees only.

Each hotel has its own payment terms and cancellation policies. Please ensure you read these before making an accommodation booking.

All accommodation bookings must be finalised 15 October 2026. A credit card must be received with your registration to secure your accommodation booking.
