Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat before 4pm, Friday, 13 June, 2025. Refunds of Conference Registration Fees paid, less a $75.00 administration fee, will be granted until 4pm, Friday, 13 June 2025. Cancellations received after 4pm, Friday 13 June 2025 will NOT receive a refund. A replacement delegate can be sent with no penalty charged, however this must also be advised to the Conference Secretariat in writing.

This is an opportunity for conference attendees to meet with other industry colleagues before the event.

Contact details may also be made available (if necessary) to parties related to the Conference including venues, exhibitors, sponsors and key suppliers.
