Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat before 4pm, Friday, 13 June, 2025. Refunds of Conference Registration Fees paid, less a $75.00 administration fee, will be granted until 4pm, Friday, 13 June 2025. Cancellations received after 4pm, Friday 13 June 2025 will NOT receive a refund. A replacement delegate can be sent with no penalty charged, however this must also be advised to the Conference Secretariat in writing.
