Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat before 4pm, Friday, 6 June, 2026. Refunds of Conference Registration Fees paid, less a $75.00 administration fee, will be granted until 4pm Friday, 6 June 2026. Cancellations received after 4pm, Friday, 6 June 2026 will NOT receive a refund. A replacement delegate can be sent with no penalty charged, however this must also be advised to the Conference Secretariat in writing.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions
A requirement of the hotels is that all bookings include credit card details as security for your booking. These credit card details will be held securely by your selected hotel/apartment as a guarantee however may also be used by some properties who are charging for your stay at 30 days out from the event. Please check the terms and conditions of your preferred hotel carefully before booking. You will be responsible for the balance of your account when checking out from the selected property if not charged previously. Accommodation rates listed will be provided to delegates who book through the Convention Secretariat and will not be honoured if booking directly with the hotel.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of accommodation must be submitted in writing to the Convention Secretariat before Friday 15 May, 2026. Any cancellation received after Friday 15 May, 2026 will incur up to 100% cancellation penalty, depending on the property. Delegates who confirm accommodation but do not advise of cancellation before the accommodation deadline of Friday 15 May, 2026 will incur charges for the ‘no- show’ rate as penalised by the hotel. This charge is calculated as the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured. Please ensure the accommodation dates are correct on the confirmation email.

Terms and conditions

A requirement of the hotels is that all bookings include credit card details. These credit card details will be forwarded to your selected hotel/apartment and charged 30 days prior to the booking commencement. You will be responsible for paying any incidentals incurred and any remaining nights directly to the hotel on check-in or check-out from the selected property. Any credit card payments will incur a 1.5% surcharge. Accommodation rates listed will be provided to delegates who book through the Conference Secretariat and will not be honoured if booking directly with the hotel. Cancellation of accommodation must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat before 5pm Friday 15 May, 2026. Any cancellation received after 5pm Friday 15 May, 2026 will incur up to 100% cancellation penalty. To avoid cancellation charges please ensure the accommodation dates are correct in the confirmation email. Failure to show at the hotel on appointed date will be regarded as cancellation and appropriate charges will apply.

When registering for the Conference, relevant details (name/ organisation/ position/ country) will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors. Contact details may also be made available (if necessary) to parties related to the Conference including venues, exhibitors, sponsors and key suppliers.
