No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.  Note: Registrations on Monday 30 November and Tuesday 1 December must be paid for by credit card.  The invoice option will no longer be available.

Registration 
We strictly require all attendees of the convention to be registered.  We highly recommend participants to attend through their own log in to take advantage of the networking opportunities that will be on offer.  

Audio and Video Recording
By attending this event, you acknowledge that COBA has the right to use, reproduce, broadcast, rebroadcast, or incorporate in any manner whatsoever, all or any portion of photographs and/or videos of you or your participation in the Event for use in marketing materials and/or training materials and for internal use.  You understand that the Materials may be substantially edited, altered, rearranged or modified.

Privacy Policy
By allowing COBA to receive your contact information throughout the event, you agree to be contacted in future for marketing purposes.  A delegate list will be provided to sponsors which you can opt out of appearing in during the registration process. 

Cancellation of Registration
No refunds will be provided.  Content will be available to view post-convention.  A replacement delegate can be sent with no penalty charged but must be advised to the Convention Secretariat in writing.

All event attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online Web content.

COBA will provide you online access to and use of the Event via the Internet by use of a attendee-provided browser. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining at your own expense, all equipment needed to access the Event, including but not limited to Internet access and adequate bandwidth. All attendees are responsible for reading information on the requirements and testing their system.  COBA will have representatives able to help you with technical issues but it is not guaranteed that all attendees will have the correct equipment.
